Tennessee Nurses for Newborns History

Nurses for Newborns was formed in Tennessee by former Titans offensive tackle, Fred Miller, and his wife, Kim, in October 2001. Fred and Kim first became involved with the organization when Fred played for the St. Louis Rams (1996-1999). When Fred left the Rams to become a Tennessee Titan, he and Kim brought with them their dreams for Nurses for Newborns.

Fred and Kim opened a Tennessee location of Nurses for Newborns by making a $1.5 million donation to get the organization going. Kim served as non-paid Executive Director until their move to Chicago in 2005. We are forever grateful for their support & effort to save babies!

Nurses for Newborns currently partners with many organizations in the community including the Tennessee Titans and the Nashville Predators!
