Full time salaried RN needed for Nurses For Newborns to work in zip codes 63113, 63120 and 63136 for our Healthy Start Program. Must be willing to help families with newborns that have medical, mental and social needs. Makes new referrals and provides case management. Willing to work with other community agencies. Willing to do home visits, attend community trainings and meetings and be able to work independently. Must have reliable transportation and want to make a difference in people's lives. Will need a current Mo RN license, have 5 years experience in OB, Labor and delv, Mother/Baby, postpartum, nursery or pediatrics AND/ OR 3 years NICU or special care nursery. Must be willing to help pregnant, postpartum moms and their newborns with medical, mental and social needs. Makes referrals and provides case management. Coordinates care activities with other agencies and works closely with The St. Louis Fathers Support Network and The St. Louis Healthy Marriage Coalition. Must have reliable transportation and work independently.
